She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Weber State University and spent over 10 years working as an ICU nurse across multiple intensive care settings. Driven by a growing interest in aesthetics, McKenna completed aesthetic injector training and began practicing aesthetic medicine three years ago. She went on to earn her Master of Science in Nursing with a Family Nurse Practitioner focus from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences in 2024. McKenna joined the Envi team in September 2025, she is passionate about delivering safe, natural-looking results, with microneedling and neurotoxin injections being her favorite treatments to perform.

She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Lipscomb University in Nashville in 2012 and spent over ten years in high-acuity settings, including cardiology, telemetry, and the NICU, where precision, attention to detail, and patient safety were paramount. She completed her Master of Science in Nursing at Austin Peay University in 2022 and has since pursued advanced training in aesthetics, spending three years refining her conservative, results-driven approach.
