We respectfully request at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide adequate notice or missed appointments may result in:

$150 Cancellation fees
Forfeited deposits
Refusal of future bookings at our discretion

Late arrivals (10-minute grace period) may result in shortened treatment time or rescheduling.

4. Payments & Refunds

Payment is due at the time services are rendered unless otherwise agreed.

All treatment packages, memberships, and prepaid services are non-refundable unless required by law
Retail products are non-refundable
Prices are subject to change without notice
