Details: Additional savings not available with any promotional pricing. $25 Envi VIP set up free. 6-month minimum contract required. Members agree to an initial six (6) month contract term and agrees to be billed monthly. Termination of membership contract cane be requested in writing at any time, but all cancellations prior to six (6) months will result in a $200 cancellation fee. Members are subject to Envi’s cancellation policy for any missed or cancelled appointments without 48 hours’ notice. Inception of Membership will occur on the same day as the membership signup once initial payment and Agreements are signed and submitted. Membership subject to change.
